REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to the personal nature of the products, returns and exchanges are not permitted. However, if there has been a mistake on my part, I will do my best to resolve the issue right away.
Please carefully review the contents of your cart prior to checkout. There are no exchanges or substitutions once order has been placed.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Petals Bath Boutique can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Petals is not responsible for any destruction or confiscation due to Customs. Special fees for Customs and/or imports are not included in the shipping price. Please be aware of your Customs rules, regulations, and fees before placing your order.
Orders ship USPS Priority Mail - The US Postal Service is currently experiencing delays due to Covid-19.
Petals now offers UPS Ground shipping - Free Shipping does not apply to orders shipped via UPS
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3-5 BUSINESS days. This excludes weekends and holidays.
PLEASE expect a slightly longer turn around during Collection Launch times due to higher order volume.
USPS Domestic Orders over $50 ship FREE - Not applicable to combined orders
International Orders up to 70 lbs. ship Flat Rate - $25.85
Please make sure that your shipping information is up-to-date before completing your order. Petals Bath Boutique cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by customer.
You will be provided a Tracking Number once your order ships via Paypal or directly through the website if you have a registered account. Please utilize the Tracking Number to make sure that you will be available to receive or pick up your package. Petals Bath Boutique can NOT be held responsible for missing packages, stolen packages or delivery errors made by USPS. Please leave instructions for your local postman for proper package drop-off.
Mail Theft Prevention
It is the customer's responsibility to receive the packages on the date of delivery. Petals is not responsible for the loss of packages that have been confirmed as "delivered" by courier. If you don't have a secure place to receive packages, the following are recommended to avoid mail theft:
- Have your delivery sent to an alternate location such as your work, leasing office etc.
- Rent a P.O. BOX to make sure your package stays secure at the post office
- Request Signature Confirmation for your package at an additional cost of $2.50
Keep out of the reach of children except under adult supervision.

Store in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
The ingredients of all of our soaps are clearly labeled and may contain ingredients that cause skin sensitivity or allergic reactions in some individuals. Do not use if you are sensitive or allergic to any of these ingredients. If you are pregnant or suffer from a medical condition, please consult your physician before using any product containing essential oils.
By purchasing our products, you agree that you are knowledgeable about the safe, appropriate storage and use of the products that you purchase. You agree to carefully inspect your order upon arrival and that you will not hold Petals Bath Boutique liable for any problems that arise from your improper storage or use of these products.
