Letting Go of Swirls

This morning, I’ve been thinking about simplicity. About how choosing to go all-natural wasn’t just about ingredients—it was about intention.

I used to chase the perfect swirl.  For years, I leaned into the artistry of soapmaking: the swirls, the colors, the fragrances. They were beautiful, expressive, and joyful. But as I stepped into this new chapter, I felt a pull toward less being more.

This change reminded me that simplicity is powerful. Letting go wasn’t easy. It felt like shedding a part of my creative identity. But what I found in the quiet was something deeper: intention. Purpose. A return to the heart of why I make soap in the first place.
